Young people are preparing to take over the family business in Bulgaria
Family Business Network (FBN Bulgaria) organized the first official meeting of the "Next Generation". Unit of kin (Next Generation) is the key to the development of family companies all over the world and will play an important role in Bulgaria, where the transfer of family business to future generations is yet to come.
Representatives of the next generation in Bulgaria, headed by the President of NxG Ivaylo Mandjoukov recognize the importance of continuity and timely preparation of the younger generation and will work actively on the issue. Family Business Association is a lasting organization, since its nature is not exhausted, and the continuation from generation to generation is a fundamental factor.
The next decade will be decisive for the fate of the Bulgarian family companies, as this will be the period in which new generation will take everything into their own hands. The main priorities of the representatives of "NxG" is the creation of proper motivation for the successful continuation of any family business. Part of family companies in Bulgaria have already followed the example of European ones. Responsible positions in the “Kirov SA” Holding, Fairplay International ", “Rosa Impex”, “Dars Auto”, “Interseviz Uzunovi” etc., are distributed among different generations. Young organization is ready to work on some of the most important initiatives for FBN Bulgaria. Activities around the prize for "Best young manager” and participation in international events would be a priority for the young heirs.
