Constituent Assembly of the Family Business Network-Bulgaria
On 22 November 2006, at the office of P.M. Group JSC a Constituent Assembly of the Family Business Network -Bulgaria was held.
The constitutors - Petar Mandjoukov, Ivailo Mandjoukov, Daneta Jeleva, Dinko Dinev, Hristo Iliev, Yuliyan Indjov, Kiro Kirov and Ivan Kirov – were present. The constituting of the Association of Family Business-Bulgaria was unanimously voted and Petar Mandjoukov was appointed a Chairman of the Association. Petar Mandjoukov, Ivailo Mandjoukov, Daneta Jeleva, Dinko Dinev, Hristo Iliev, Yuliyan Indjov and Ivan Kirov are members of the Board of Managers.
