Mr. Valentin Valev, CEO of "Express Garantion" Ltd "and" AQUATEC "Ltd.

"Express Garantion" Ltd. was founded in 1990. Over the years its main activity included construction of industrial facilities, public buildings, residential buildings and road and infrastructure projects throughout the country. In 2002 the company launched a plant for production of furniture for hotels, restaurants, bars, private homes and offices. In 2002-2005, the company built hotels "AQUA" in Sofia, Varna and Burgas. In 2003 realized the first of its kind in Bulgaria, water amusement attractions - "AKVAPARK" in "Sunny Beach" and "Aquapolis" in the famous "Golden Sands", including water facilities, administrative and technical buildings, restaurants, parking and all water, electric and road infrastructure. In 2007-2008, the building "AQUAMARINE" - a holiday apartment complex in the center of "Golden Sands" was completed. In 2010 the company opened a branch in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates).

"AQUATEC" Ltd. was founded in 1994 in Varna, and is a leader in the design and construction of water parks and public and private pools. It has offices in Varna, Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas.

Activity of "AQUATEC" is building pools, all water entertainment complex, offering complete solutions for equipment of hotels and public buildings. It constructed over 2000 pools in Bulgaria, Romania, Austria, Serbia, Croatia, Ukraine, Moldova and Macedonia. At the first annual Spa Awards 2010, held under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy and the Bulgarian Union of Balneology and SPA tourism "AQUATEC" Ltd. was awarded the prize "Company to build a spa" 2009.
