"AG CAPITAL" was established in 1993 as a Real Estate Agency out of which it has grown up and is now the biggest Bulgarian holding company investing in property businesses. The holding has a portfolio of 9 subsidiary companies in the following business sectors: Intermediary and consultancy services relating to residential and business properties on local and foreign market (Real Estates Address JSC, Fortune International JSC, Asta Bridge International Properties Ltd., Unique Estates Ltd., Academy Address); Financial services relating to the real estates – mortgage intermediary, assessments, mortgage crediting etc. (Credit Centre Ltd., Assessments Address, BG Credit & Leasing Ltd.); Management of assets and investments into real estates. The founder of AG CAPITAL JSC and basic shareholder in all subsidiary companies is Mr. Hristo Iliev, RICS.
