ASSIST Ltd. was registered on 21.01.2001 as a private Bulgarian company. The company was born at the same time when the owners invested in own facility with offices in blvd. Evropa 176, Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria. The driving force was the idea of a technology transfer for assembly and production of sectional garage doors with a special software and huge stock of all panels and accessories. This became possible with the Canadian technology and know-how of Richards Wilcox who has history and experience since 1912.
